I was sent to West, Texas last week for the one year anniversary of the plant fertilizer explosion there. Here are a few frames from that day. 

I seriously love small towns. It's a tragedy that this happened to these people and hopefully they will find ways to move past it in the coming years. But hopefully it will ensure that this won't happen again because of oversight and neglect. Regulation of dangerous chemicals and their storage throughout the U.S. needs to be revised where needed.
